Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sermon Design 3 (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Sermon Design 3 is a sermon preparation tool that helps you plan, focus, structure, and write sermons. The App stores your content locally on your device and optionally syncs via your personal iCloud account.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all sermon content, notes, and materials you create using the App. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your work.

License

We grant purchasers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional sermon preparation purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose. I can’t imagine what that would be, but please don’t.
• Redistribute or resell the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.
