Quick Start Guide
Although you can simply build your repertoire over time, the easiest way to get started is by dragging a folder of sheet music pdf files into the repertoire pane.
As long as each file has a readable name, Worship Planner will populate the repertoire with entries that have the song file attached to the name.
When you’re building your worship plan, you can either drag the songs directly from the repertoire. If you’re rather build the structure of your service through and fill in the specific songs later, simply use the “Song” element from the Elements library, and when you start typing in the name of the song, Worship Planner will make suggestions from your library.
Sharing your plan
Worship Planner gives you several ways to share your plan.
The most simple option is simply to choose the plan, which will create a pdf of something basically like what you see in the main window of the app.
If you have sheet music linked to the songs in your plan and want to send those to a. worship team, select the “plan and worship packet” option, and it will compile the sheet music into one file so you can simply send it instead of a mess of ten files. This is build to make it easy for you to build ad hoc worship packets—they work great either for printing off a few copies or letting your team access them on iPads or other tablets.

I’m just a regular minister who also is an indie developer, and I mostly made this for my friend Chad, who leads worship at our church. We were swimming in an archaic mess of worship files and stacks of sheet music, and we just needed something to make it all easier. The apps we looked at either didn’t have the workflow we wanted or were ridiculously expensive. So, here we are.
